For customized products with your logo (DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery, etc.), the minimum order quantity is 12 units per design.
This minimum allows us to ensure consistent print quality, efficient production, and competitive wholesale pricing.
For blank products (without customization), there is no minimum order quantity. You can purchase from a single unit.
2. Can I mix sizes and colors in the same order?
Yes. You can mix sizes and colors freely within the same product model and design.
The only requirement is to meet the minimum total quantity for customized orders.
Example: 12 units of the same model split across different sizes and colors.
3. What customization techniques do you offer?
We offer professional-grade customization methods commonly used in corporate and workwear apparel:
- DTF (Direct to Film) – Ideal for detailed designs and medium volumes
- Screen Printing – Best option for large bulk orders
- Embroidery – Premium finish for workwear, uniforms, and corporate clothing
Our team will advise you on the most suitable technique based on the product, artwork, and order volume.
4. What are the processing and shipping times?
For blank products (no customization):
- Order processing time: less than 24 hours
(In some cases, depending on the order time, processing can be even faster.) - Shipping time: 3–5 business days, depending on destination
For customized products:
- Customization / printing time: 10–15 business days
- Shipping time: calculated based on destination and confirmed before order approval
All timelines are confirmed once the order details are finalized.
5. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You can request:
- Blank samples, to check sizing, fabric, and overall quality
- Customized samples, subject to prior quotation
We strongly recommend ordering samples for large wholesale or corporate projects.
6. How is the final price calculated?
Pricing depends on several factors:
- Product model and brand
- Total quantity ordered
- Customization technique
- Size, placement, and number of colors in the design
- Shipping destination
