VentaShirt is primarily focused on businesses, organizations, and B2B customers. However, individual customers may also place orders through our website.

 


 

2. Can individuals place orders on VentaShirt?

Yes. Individual customers can place orders. Please note that orders under 10 units are considered sample orders and are not eligible for refunds.

 


 

3. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. There is no minimum quantity required to place an order.
For customized orders, a minimum of 10 units per product applies.

 


 

4. What happens with orders under 10 units?

Orders with fewer than 10 units per product are considered sample orders and are not eligible for refunds or returns, except in cases of defects or order errors.

 


 

5. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can view prices and place orders without creating an account.

 


 

6. Do I need to provide business documents to order?

No documents are required to place an order.
If you wish to purchase tax-exempt, a valid tax exemption certificate must be provided.

 


 

7. Can I place an order on behalf of my company?

Yes. You may place orders on behalf of your company or organization.

8. How are prices calculated?

Prices are displayed directly on the website. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity ordered.

Yes. The more units you order, the better the pricing.
For large-volume or bulk orders, we recommend contacting us for personalized pricing.

 


 

10. Can prices change after I add items to my cart?

Yes. Prices and stock availability are not reserved until checkout is completed.
Due to fast inventory rotation, prices may change without prior notice.

 


 

11. Are items reserved once added to the cart?

No. Adding items to the cart does not reserve inventory.

 


 

12. What happens if an item goes on backorder?

If a backorder occurs, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you and discuss available options.

Yes. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $349 per warehouse within the continental United States.

 


 

22. Can my order ship from multiple warehouses?

Yes. While we always try to ship from a single warehouse, some orders may ship from multiple locations due to inventory availability.
If this results in additional charges, we will inform you.

 


 

23. Can I request expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is available by prior authorization only.

24. Is local pickup available?

E. Processing Times

25. How fast are orders processed?

Orders are sent to the warehouse within minutes after being placed.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
In some cases, shipping may take up to 5 business days.

 


 

27. Do you offer same-day shipping?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.

 


 

28. What happens during peak seasons?

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing and delivery times may be longer.
VentaShirt is not responsible for delays caused by inventory availability, carrier capacity, or factors outside our control.

 


 

F. Returns & Refunds

29. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items and require prior authorization.
All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

 


 

30. Are returns accepted on customized items?

No. Customized, printed, washed, decorated, or altered products are non-returnable.

 


 

31. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the return is due to our error.

 


 

32. How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If not specified, refunds may be issued as store credit.

 


 

33. Can I exchange items?

No. Exchanges are not available.

37. Who is responsible for logo usage rights?

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to use submitted logos, designs, or artwork.

Sales tax may apply depending on the shipping destination and applicable laws.

 


 

39. Can I purchase tax-exempt?
