Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
VentaShirt ships throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is available by request only.
Customers must contact our team prior to placing an international order to receive a custom shipping quote based on the order details and destination address.
2. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable and widely recognized shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

USPS
The carrier used for each shipment is selected automatically based on destination, service level, and operational availability.
3. Order Processing
Orders are transmitted to the warehouse within minutes after being placed.
Once an order enters processing:

It cannot be canceled

It cannot be modified

The shipping address cannot be changed, unless reported immediately and only if technically feasible
VentaShirt will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
4. Shipping Timeframes

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days

In some cases, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship
Orders placed:

Before 12:00 PM → typically ship the same business day

After 12:00 PM → ship the next business day
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Peak Seasons and High Demand Periods
During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
VentaShirt is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Other factors beyond our control
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Warehouse location

Order size and weight

Shipping destination
Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout or communicated in advance for special or international orders.
7. Free Shipping
VentaShirt offers free ground shipping on orders over $349 per warehouse, shipped within the continental United States.
Please note:

Free shipping applies per warehouse, not per total order

Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may not qualify for free shipping on all shipments
8. Multiple Warehouse Shipments
While we always aim to ship orders from a single warehouse, some orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations due to inventory availability.
If multiple shipments result in additional shipping charges, the customer will be informed prior to shipment.
9. Expedited Shipping
Expedited or express shipping options are available by prior authorization only.
Customers must contact our team before placing the order to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
10. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.
11. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an address correction is requested in time, we will attempt to update it.
Any additional costs resulting from address changes will be the customer’s responsibility.
12. Lost or Missing Packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, VentaShirt will initiate a carrier investigation with the shipping provider.
Carrier investigations may take up to 15 business days.
No refunds or replacements will be issued until the investigation is completed.
13. Warehouse Pickup
VentaShirt does not offer warehouse pickup.
