VentaShirt LLC only accepts returns for defective or incorrect items, and all returns require prior authorization.
Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
Customized, printed, embroidered, decorated, or altered products
Washed or worn items
Sample orders (orders of fewer than 10 units per product)
Discontinued, clearance, or closeout items
Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products before any customization or use.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by VentaShirt.
Returns sent without an RMA will be refused
The return address will be provided after RMA approval
A copy of the invoice must be included with the return
To report an issue, customers must contact VentaShirt within 72 hours of delivery and provide:
Order or invoice number
Product style, color, and quantity
Description of the issue
For defective items, the defect must be clearly marked (e.g., with a small piece of tape).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a VentaShirt error
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
If the order qualified for free shipping, the refund will reflect the product value minus outbound freight costs
For approved returns under $1,000, restocking and return shipping fees may be waived when processed through our return procedure.
Outbound shipping costs still apply.
Returns or refused shipments over $1,000 may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is greater), in addition to:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
If no preference is specified, refunds may be issued as store credit.
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after inspection.
If VentaShirt shipped an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, a replacement may be issued at no additional cost.
Replacements include the same items only.
Style, size, or color changes are not permitted.
VentaShirt does not offer exchanges.
If eligible, items must be returned and a new order placed.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, VentaShirt will open a carrier investigation.
Investigations may take up to 15 business days.
No refunds or replacements will be issued until the claim is resolved.
