The Synergy True Wireless Auto Pair Earbuds with ENC feature the latest technology in audio. Once the case is opened, the earbuds will power on and automatically sync to one another. The case also doubles as a power bank for the earbuds and can be charged with the included Type-C cable. Once the 400mAh battery of the case is charged, it will charge the earbuds 4x from 0-100%. With over 4.5 hours of playback time at max volume on a single charge, they’re a must for any traveler or gamer. With built-in Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), the earbuds block out surrounding sounds and pick up only your voice when using them for calls or video games, making it easy for the other person to hear you. The earbuds have built-in music controls and dual microphones for hands-free operation. It takes 1.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds. The case can be charged in under 2 hours. This minimum allows us to ensure consistent print quality, efficient production, and competitive wholesale pricing.
For blank products (without customization), there is no minimum order quantity. You can purchase from a single unit.
2. Can I mix sizes and colors in the same order?
Yes. You can mix sizes and colors freely within the same product model and design.
The only requirement is to meet the minimum total quantity for customized orders.
Example: 12 units of the same model split across different sizes and colors.
3. What customization techniques do you offer?
We offer professional-grade customization methods commonly used in corporate and workwear apparel:

For blank products (no customization):

- Shipping time: calculated based on destination and confirmed before order approval

5. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You can request:

- Customized samples, subject to prior quotation
